Individual Psychotherapy: $205
Personality Testing: Varies based on complexity and instruments used; ranges $500-1500
I do provide a limited number of sliding scale spots for individual psychotherapy.

Insurances Accepted
I am in network with Optum, Cigna and Evernorth, Carelon, Providence, Oxford, UMR, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Maine, UnitedHealthcare (UHC|UBH), and Aetna as a contractor through Alma. ME Patients: Credentialing with Optum is pending
CA patients: I am unable to see any BlueCross/Blue Shield patients, I am only in network in Maine
Note: Insurance cannot be used for personality testing.

Superbill
If you would like to seek services using me as an out-of-network provider for individual therapy, you may be able to seek reimbursement separately from your insurance company. You will be charged at the standard out-of-pocket rate and a superbill can be provided for you to submit for reimbursement by Alma. Important Note about Personality Testing
Personality testing is a cash-only service. Whereas individual therapy is conducted through Alma, psychological testing is provided solely through my private practice, which is not directly credentialed with any insurance panels and keeps all documentation and financial transactions separate from Alma. A superbill can be provided in support of reimbursement if this is offered by your insurance plan.
