Insurances Accepted
I am in network with Optum, Cigna and Evernorth, Carelon, Providence, Oxford, UMR, UnitedHealthcare (UHC|UBH), and Aetna as a contractor through Alma. A full list of accepted insurance plans and tools to estimate your expected copays and financial responsibilities can be found on my Alma Page

Superbill
If you would like to seek services using me as an out-of-network provider for individual therapy, you may be able to seek reimbursement separately from your insurance company. You will be charged at the standard out-of-pocket rate and a superbill can be provided for you to submit for reimbursement by Alma. Important Note about psychological testing and VA Nexus Evaluations
Both psychological testing and VA Nexus Letters are cash-only services as they are done through primarily through my private practice, whereas individual psychotherapy is conducted as a contractor with Alma. This is done to minimize external factors making medical decisions regarding the focus of the battery and to ensure complete confidentiality of results. Whereas individual therapy is conducted through Alma, psychological testing is provided solely through my private practice, which is not directly credentialed with any insurance panels and keeps all documentation and financial transactions separate from Alma.
